Recognizing the challenges inherent in the title insurance industry, Joan strives to foster an environment where everyone works together as a family towards a common goal – a seamless and enjoyable process with solutions to every potential issue.
With over two decades of experience in new construction, commercial, residential, and cooperative deals, Joan approaches her work with a calm and friendly demeanor, ensuring all clients receive the attention they deserve.

With a Lengthy background in accounting, tax prep and office procedures, she provides a valuable contribution to the nicknamed “Dream Team”. She is friendly, personable, family oriented and pretty much always on the go and can be heard energetically routing everyone on saying “Go Team!”. When not working, she enjoys cooking and trying new recipes, which have mostly been successful.

Kathy is a licensed title agent in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She has worked in the Title Industry since 1979, starting out as a typist and working up to Title Agent. Her focus throughout the title process is the closing. She strives for a stress free, friendly atmosphere.
Kathy is married, lives in Delaware County and has 2 adult children and a grandson. When not working you can find her in Ocean City, NJ enjoying life at the beach.
